1. Overview

AgentSpeed ("Service") is a website scanning tool for AI agent readiness, operated by S&C Holding GmbH, Halbgasse 1a, 1070 Vienna, Austria ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

AgentSpeed provides website scanning for AI agent readiness. The Free Basic Scan analyzes publicly accessible web pages using HTTP requests. The Deep Scan (paid) performs extended analysis across multiple pages using simulated agent navigation.

  • Free Basic Scan: 10 checks on your homepage (instant, no signup)
  • Deep Scan: 13 checks across up to 6 pages with full DOM rendering
  • Actionable fix recommendations with code snippets
  • Shareable, permanent report URLs

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Only scan websites you own or have authorization to scan
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use scan results to exploit vulnerabilities in third-party websites
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to make excessive or abusive scan requests

4. Free Basic Scan

The Free Basic Scan is provided at no cost with no warranty. We reserve the right to limit usage (currently 10 scans per IP per hour) and to modify or discontinue the free service at any time.

5. Deep Scan (Paid)

The Deep Scan is a one-time purchase per domain. After payment via Stripe, results are delivered via email and accessible via permalink. Scan results are stored permanently.

6. Refund Policy

If the Deep Scan fails to complete due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact info@agentspeed.dev with your payment receipt. Refunds are not available for completed scans.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

Scan results are indicative and based on automated analysis at a point in time. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Results should be used as guidance, not as a definitive assessment. Websites may change after scanning.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its scanning algorithms, website content, and report design, is the intellectual property of S&C Holding GmbH. The AgentSpeed brand, logo, and related marks are trademarks of S&C Holding GmbH.

Scan reports may be shared freely. You retain ownership of your website and its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party services

Austrian consumer protection laws (KSchG) remain unaffected for consumers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is the competent court in Vienna, Austria. For consumers with habitual residence in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply.
